Based out of the Chicago land area, Murley Shertz has been playing their own unique blend of rock, funk and blues to crowds eager to hear good music. Along with an arsenal of stylish and tasteful covers, the band appeals to all listeners, regardless of personal tastes.

Comprised of Scott Burdsall, Travis Hall, Ryan Curtis and Dave Wilson, the band has taken the past few years to record new material, such as their latest EP "Sold As We Sleep." Co-produced by the band and Manny Sanchez (Umphrey's Mcgee, Lupe Fiasco) at Chicago's own Gravity Studios, the album takes the signature Murley Shertz sound and brings it to another level.

With a new album under their belt, the band plans on taking their new material where it belongs: the stage. Having performed at such venues as The Double Door and the House of Blues in Chicago, Murley Shertz continues to share their love of music with the public at any venue. Whether it's with an intimate crowd at a small club, or in front of thousands at a street festival, the band puts on an amazing live show that will leave the audience with that indescribable feeling of discovering the joy in music again.
